A product does not fit. Can I return it?
 If a product does not fit you can surely send it back 14 days from ordering. Of course only if the item is still in the same condition as it was when it arrived. (Notice: Discounted products are excluded from return.)
After receiving the returning items you get your refund instantly. Only the shipping fee needs to be paid by you.

How long does an order take to be shipped to my home?
That depends on the country you are from. We send every order via GLS insured shipping.
Austria & Germany 3-5 workdays
Swiss & FL 6-12 workdays
Rest Europe 12-25 workdays
Rest World 25-30 workdays

There are 2 places where you can pick up your order:

What comes with an order?
 Your order comes with a handful of INTROVRT Stickers. All wrapped up with a unique self-printed bag.

How is the sizing?
INTROVRT pieces are pretty big in size. It’s all a bit oversized.
Means our size “Small” is a normal “Medium” our size “Medium” is a normal size “Large” and so on. You can also find the height of the model and the size of the piece she/he is wearing on each product page. How much is the shipping fee?
 I really try to lower the shipping fee to its minimum. But still, I need to charge it sometimes.

How do I return something?
Take the invoice you got and cross everything you want to keep. Put those pieces you want to return with the invoice in the bag it came with and ship it back to me. You can find the address here.
